JAT Internships: List of Available Internships

There are three Excel files (located at the bottom).  The one headed "Updated JAT 399 Internship List" contains internships relevant to all three majors and includes the complete updated list of ISC internships.  The other two files are specific to the named major; these, however, have not yet been updated.

So, if you're an ISC major, just look at the Updated JAT 399 Internship List file, but pay attention within it to what major(s) the specific internship is intended for.  If you're a JOU or MAS major, you need to look at both the Updated JAT 399 Internship List file and the file for your specific major.

In all cases, you can use the keyword search feature in Excel to look for internships in particular locations, paid internships, etc.

If you are interested in receiving JAT 399 credit for an internship at a site not on the approved list, have your contact at the company fill out this questionnaire; once we receive the answers, we'll determine whether the internship qualifies for JAT 399 credit.  We only award JAT 399 credit for U.S.-based internships.  If you're looking at doing an internship abroad for academic credit, it will need to be for EXP credit.

Note that all JAT 399 internships require that your specific contract be approved by the internship supervisor for your major.  Just because a site has been approved for JAT 399 credit does not mean that your specific contract will be approved.

Also, please be aware that due to limited availability, the school's cameras, audio recorders, editing facilities, and the like may NOT be used for internship-related work.  The internship site must provide any hardware or software needed for you to do the work that is expected of you.
